Entering treatment is an enormous step, one that can often feel overwhelming and even intimidating. There are many reasons why people don’t take this first step or resist trying again — judgment, stigma, social expectations, time, cost, lack of support, to name just a few. This campaign seeks to shed light on these reasons and reassure people that these added fears do not need to stand in the way of recovery. Of course, this guidance will come from the most genuine audience: a diversecollective of people who are in recovery.
